This report will analyze the existing staffing pattern in a specialist unit and then according to Dr-SIR staffing standards for each specialist unit, recommend the most cost effective and optimal staffing patterns for any specialist unit. It would also analyze whether a specialist unit is understaffed or over staffed according to staff requirements for a specialist unit according to Dr-SIR standards.
