Quality of Treatment
|
|
|
In the analysis of all the treatment processes,
Dr-SIR takes particular care that while the efficiency improves,
the quality of treatment remains within acceptable limits.
This in turn is dependent upon the Professional Percentile Standing (PPS)
of the professional concerned. As an example, a professional of higher PPS
would do the same work in shorter time with fewer chances of misdiagnosis and
complications as compared to his colleague with lesser PPS. In a group or team activity
i.e. performing surgery etc, the outcomes are dependent on the PPS of the whole team.
It is on this basis that the whole operative procedure of Dr-SIR is in two phases.
In the first phase, there is rationalization of work distribution among various categories
of professionals and in the second phase there is modification of team combinations as per their PPS.
However, in any case, the system will not accept the rate of misdiagnosis and complications beyond acceptable
limits and accordingly will warn of the risks in any such professional undertaking, whether individually or in
team activity.
