Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences – Pakistan |
By using the informative analytical reports of Dr-SIR,
our entire department of Pediatric Surgery at PIMS is transforming
into a well coherent organism. We exactly know, who is performing at
what capacity and what more he or she can achieve.
We have started different training programs in light of these reports.
We have been able to treat more patients with a more optimized team structure
which was proposed by Dr-SIR. We plan to implement Dr-SIR gradually to other
departments by the end of the year 2010. |

“… The Board strongly feels that this software can most certainly be a practical, easy and
ready solution to the implementation of institutional practice. The software offers a fair
and transparent distribution of the Hospital share (income) to the entire satisfaction of
all the categories of professionals in a hospital setup. It can be applied for a number of other utilities apart from being a major source of performance
indicator for all clinical and diagnostic activities within a hospital setup. The same can be further applied to various departments within a hospital and to various or all individual professionals within a department ...”
